At Nairn Academy, we believe that it is important to establish and maintain good relationships between home and school.
As a Parent/Carer, your first point of contact will normally be your child's Guidance teacher. They will either be able to answer your query or arrange a meeting with the appropriate member of staff.
Aims of the School
Develop pupils to their individual potentials in terms of knowledge and understanding as well as essential skills - intellectual, physical, practical and creative; also encourage pupils to becom successful learners, confident individuals, responsible citizens and effective contributors;
Improve attainment of pupils at all stages by building on their prior attainment;
Encourage in our pupils a life-long interest in learning;
Develop pupils' citizenship skills - self-discipline, sense of responsibility, respect and concern for others - in school and in the community at large, both locally and globally;
